    The diet requires that you participate in a high protien low starch diet.
FOODS: Beef, chiken, eggs, beans, nuts, and fish
    Foods such as these promote the gain of lean muscle mass but it is still important to remain on a low calorie diet intake, therefore we suggest taking protien shakes.  Your total protien intake should be 3/4ths your body weigt. So if you weigh 180 than you shouldbe taking in 135 grams of protien per day.
DRINKS: WATER! WATER! WATER! and milk
    Due the fact that you do want to remain small or you want to become small we suggest that you try to intake little to no calories from liquides.
Exfoliation:
By mildly abrading your skin with exfoliating agents, you will remove the surface layer of dead cells. Afterward, fine lines will be less visible and your complexion will glow.
